If you are within the US, give the stickers 2-3 weeks to arrive. If you are international, please allow 4-8 weeks.

Please be aware of your country’s customs fees. For example, the UK will charge a VAT Tax on some orders. I am not responsible for these charges. Please be mindful of this when placing your order.
Please monitor your package closely and be ready to pay any customs or duties if you are an international buyer.

I offer sticker mail at a cheaper rate than first-class mail. I use an envelope and a stamp to mail stickers at an affordable rate. If you order anything more than a sticker and you select sticker mail upon checkout, you will still be paying and receiving first-class mail. Sticker mail is sent in a stamped envelope and has NO tracking!

I do not make ANY money from the shipping process. I prefer to keep shipping prices transparent. The cost of shipping reflects the purchase of a label from USPS. As well as the mailer and other packaging supplies.

I do not offer any refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. Please be mindful when placing your order.

Once I ship your order out to you, it is out of my control. Unfortunately, if your order gets stolen or lost by the postal service, it is your responsibility as a customer to file a claim with the USPS. I can’t offer you a replacement or refund since these types of situations are out of my control. I’m a one-person business and I can’t afford to replace/refund these orders.
Please be aware that the USPS likes to mark packages as delivered before they arrive. If this happens to you, I recommend waiting to see if the package shows up. Or you can contact your local post office and ask them where the package might be.
Another recommendation is showing up in person to your local post office. There’s likelihood that a postal worker can resolve the issue.

I urge you to double, triple, and quadruple check your address before placing your order. If a package gets sent back to me there a couple of options.
1. You can pay for the cost of shipping again and I can reship your order to you.
2. Depending on the condition of the products, I will issue you a refund for the cost of the products MINUS the cost of shipping.

If I don’t ship to your country, please let me know via email and I can add your country to my shipping zone. Shipping to Canada is suspended due to the postal strike. Thanks!
